Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will give you full control over your e-mail accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in an instant and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can redirect mails from one mail account to another, configure mail filters, set up autoresponders and defend your mailboxes against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailboxes against junk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain email box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming messages based on specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Simply specify the email box you want to redirect electronic mail messages from, then choose the target e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your email mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
